If you have private medical insurance or receive medical insurance from your employer, you may well be able to use it to cover your appointments and treatment.

1.  To access treatment through your private medical insurance you will first need to obtain a referral from your GP or a private GP. 
2. Next please contact your insurance provider to check that your assessment or treatment is covered. They will give you an authorisation code which you should get before coming for your appointment at WNC. This is so you can provide details of your cover and authorisation to us.

Claims processes differ from insurer to insurer but they will be able to help you and answer any questions.

We will need you to provide details of your insurer, your registration or membership number, and your pre-authorisation number which your insurer will provide.
