Wimbledon NeuroCare offers neurodiagnostic services at Prime Health Diagnostics centre which is situated on the outskirts of Weybridge, just inside the M25. Please check the service abbreviations indicated on the right to find out which services are available, or call our Appointments Team for assistance.

Follow the A3, then take the exit A245 towards Woking, Walton and Cobham. Continue along the A245 until you reach Byfleet.

From M3, J3

At J3, take the A322 towards Guildford, then A319 towards Chobham. At Chobham, turn right into High Street A3046, and at the mini-roundaboutturn left onto the A3046 signposted Woking, Byfleet. Bear left onto the A245, take the 2nd exit at the Six Crossroads roundabout, turn right at the 1st mini-roundabout, then left at the 2nd mini-roundabout. Continue along the A245 and for 3 roundabouts. At the 4th  roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Brooklands Road. Please note some Sat Nav’s work better with KT13 0RU

Prime Health Diagnostics centre is a short taxi drive away from Byfleet & New Haw Station and Weybridge Station.

Parking is complimentary. Drive past the first carpark to a second carpark which is in front of the building.
